The pale blue eyes follow the slow and, to be honest, not so steady clock on the wall, watching as it lagged once, twice, three times. She was sure it was minutes behind, and was definitely far from reliable, but the owner still it kept it due to it being a family heirloom.
But even if, it was the only thing keeping Lyra busy, seeing as how she’d reorganized everything twice in the past three hours that the shop had been unvisited. Goodness gracious, was it possible of someone to die of boredom? Could it be?
